The initial step is to meet with the key stakeholders and clarify the details of the project, deadlines and scope of works.
Scope of works & proposals
This is the core part of the project where all the aspects need to be considered, timings, materials, pricing and any other requirements need to be considered. Once the pricing is agreed along with the materials an installation date is scheduled. If any council approvals are required projects can sometimes take longer than expected.
For new signage mockups and samples can be created in various materials to suit the environment the signage is to be installed. Upon approval the manufacture process will be overseen carefully ensure the highest quality is reached and on time for installation.
Once the installation date has been approved with all the stakeholders. The manufactured signage will be arranged for installation with the site. The project manager will arrange all relevant permits along with any other induction required or documentation.
Post installation of the project and lifecycle of the signage
Once the signage project is installed completely. The works will be inspected by the project manager and requested to be approved by the client. Signgroup emphasize on excellent client communication and ensuring 100% satisfaction. Throughout the lifecycle of the sign the project manager is always on call to help with maintenance work or should any issues arise.
